Individual accounts can be linked to multiple organisations that are using Everproof.
Administrators can link existing accounts to their organisation the same way they create a new user.
- Click People
- Click Create New Account
- Enter the details for the person
Note: The system will check the email address entered against what exists already, and let you know if the account email exists with a different name, or happens to already be in your account.
4. Once the details are entered, click Create Account
The linked user will then get an email letting them know the Administrator has linked them to the new organisation.
