Welcome to Everproof! Below are some instructions to help you get started and understand your account.
What is Everproof?
Everproof is an online system that is used by organisations to help keep track of documents and qualifications for staff and volunteers. If you're set up with an Everproof account, there will be some things your organisation is requesting you to add for compliance purposes, but you can store any document or certificates you wish in your account. Everproof also verifies certain documents so organisations can satisfy the Child Safe Standards, and provide a safe place for everyone.
How do I log in?
If your organisation has created an account for you, you'll have received an email requesting evidence of your qualifications. This just means you'll need to log in and add some documents.
Click Get Started in the email, and follow the instructions to create a password, and enter some basic details about yourself. Further instructions on logging in for the first time can be found here. If you want to use a different email than the one you were set up with, you can easily change this in your account (more instructions here).
What do I need to do?
You'll want to become compliant in Everproof, by adding the documents requested by your organisation. Sometimes organisations can pre-populate your account with documents they already have on file for you, so there may already be a document or two in there.
To add documents, click on the Compliance page of your account. This is where you should see a list of documents that your organisation has set up as requirements for your role. In order to be compliant, you'll want to see green checks next to each document, like the below. Further instruction on how to add documents can be found here.
Note: If you see either of the below two messages in your account, you'll want to reach out to your Administrator (the person in charge of Everproof for your organisation) and ask to have your role updated, or be linked up.
"You do not have compliance requirements because you are not linked to an organisation."
"Your organisation(s) have not set any compliance requirements for your role(s)."
