Everproof is a system which allows you and your organisation to manage and electronically store records of your team's documents such as qualifications, accreditations, and licences, to ensure compliance for their position.
Individual compliance in Everproof is composed of two parts:
1. The role a person has (the requirements are attached to the role)
2. The qualifications uploaded into a person's account
The requirements that have been set for the role can be seen on the Compliance > Requirements page. For the below example, a Manager needs a Working with Children Check (VIC) or a VIT Teacher Registration, and a First Aid course. Your organisation will have set up these requirements when they first got started using Everproof and should have a list for each role.
The role a person has, and the qualifications that have been uploaded can be seen on the View > People page:
In the above example, Nathanos Merzvinskis has the role of Manager. As you can see, a Manager requires a Working with Children Check or a VIT Teacher Registration, and a First Aid certification to be compliant.
Because he has both of these uploaded in his account, with the same naming conventions, he is marked as compliant.
(Note: Users can always upload additional qualifications or certifications they wish to store in Everproof, but must at least meet the minimum requirements to be considered compliant.)
