If you are participating in an organisation that is using Everproof, you’ll need to add a record of the documents requested to become compliant.
If you’ve done this, and are still receiving non-compliance emails, there are a few things you’ll want to check below.
- Log into your account and have a look at the Compliance page. Take note of what is missing (there will be a Red X next to it). If something is missing, you can add this in directly from the Compliance page.
If you’ve added everything already, make sure the Qualification Title exactly matches that of the requirement, and that your qualifications are Visible to Linked Organisations. To make any updates, you can always edit your qualifications as needed.
- If your account says you are not linked to an organisation, you may be using an email different than what the organisation has set up for you, and be getting notifications from a different email. Contact your club administrator or Everproof Support email@example.com to be linked up.
