There are a few reasons why someone may not show up as compliant. Below are a few tips on what to look for, in the order you’ll want to check.
Current Data
If you’re looking at someone from the View People page, you’ll want to click Search (with no filtering criteria). This will ensure that you’re looking at the most up to date data.
Fulfilling All Requirements
If all the data is up to date, you’ll want to check that the person has uploaded all the required items for their role. To view what’s been uploaded, click on the person’s name from the View People page. You can also check what is missing by clicking Compliance > Issues. Just locate the person’s name and click View to see what is missing.
If the user has said everything was uploaded, but these are still not visible, it may be that the qualifications were not made visible to the organisation, or the person has 2 accounts with BlueQ under different email addresses.
To rectify this, you’ll want to have the user update his/her qualifications to make them visible to the organisation, and double check the email the user is logging in with. If a different email address is being used, contact support@blueq.com.au to have the correct one linked up.
The Devil is in the Detail
If it looks like the user has uploaded everything, there are a few details you’ll want to ensure are correct.
First, check to make sure the Qualification Title matches that (exactly) of the qualification that’s been uploaded.
If this needs to be changed, you can edit someone's qualification as needed.
If the qualification title looks to match, the last thing you’ll want to look at is the Attainment Date. If this is today, or any date in the future, this qualification will not go towards the person’s compliance until the attainment date has passed.
