When creating a group or editing a group with no members, you may not see the role you need in the list already. When this happens, you can add the role to the group.
- At the bottom of the list of roles, click Add Role
- Search for the role from the dropdown
- Select the role from the list
- Enter the person for the role, or invite them to BlueQ
- Click Create Group when you’re done with your edits
Note: New roles can only be created from the View People page or while creating a new user.
