Account Claimed Explanation

There are three possible values visible in the Acc. (Account) Claimed column on the View People page.

• No - No login email was sent to this person
• Pending - The login email(s) was sent, but the person hasn't logged in yet
• Yes - The person has logged into their account

The Account Claimed column only looks at whether a user has logged in, and does not take into account whether someone is compliant.
